The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is growing rapidly worldwide in the past decade. Revenues from these industry account to millions. This is the reason why different companies are starting their own outsourcing business in the hope of grabbing a piece of the market share.
Currently, there are two countries which have high employment in the said industry. These two countries are India and the Philippines. Both of these countries have large multi-million BPO corporations operating in their country. This is because they both have the necessary economic and employment factors that make them the quintessential place to put up an outsourcing company.
