Chito is the founder of OutsourceIT2Philippines; a trailblazer in outsourcing in Mindanao, Philippines back in 2004. Chito has spent 7 productive years CEO of Hubport Interactive, and has now created Hubport Group of Companies; a pioneer and leader in IT solutions provider in Mindanao,Philippines. Fresh out of university at the Ateneo de Davao, where he took up B.S. in Management Accounting; Chito started Hubport Communications—a provider of IT peripherals, hardware and network infrastructure in 1998. In 2002, he launched Hubport Hosting; which dominated web hosting in Mindanao. A natural in sales and marketing, Chito learned more about Information Technology through via direct application in his start-up ventures. Currently, he is Head Consultant for IT for Small and Medium Enterprises Resource Network, Inc. and VP of the Association of Solution Integrators in Davao (ASID). From 2001 to 2006, he served as Chairman for Information Technology of the Davao City Chamber for Commerce and Industry. As CEO, Chito is responsible for the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization, and give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s philosophy, mission, strategy, goals and objectives.

A graduate of B.S. Management Accounting in Ateneo de Davao, Rachel first worked as Management Trainee for the Ayala Group of Companies. She then handled Accounting and Finance for Hubport Communications, a family owned business that deals with IT peripherals, hardware and network infrastructure. In 2001, she became COO of Hubport Interactive. As CFO of Hubport Group of Companies, she provides leadership in financial management—overseeing the corporation's accounting and financial structure and activities.

Chief Creative Director/ Co-Founder of Hubport Interactive Inc. (2000)

Carlo has honed his graphic developing skills, obtaining his advanced studies on Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Graphics Design degree from Columbia College, and collecting 12 productive years of experience in adobe products and web development. He is one of the pioneering designers in the Philippine IT industry, functioning as the Art Director for Manila’s first ever web development company, Pinoys Interactive Inc during 1996 until 2000. On 2001, he then transferred his expertise to Hubport Interactive Inc., where he had been successful as the creative director. Now based in Chicago, he is the Chief Creative Director for Hubport Group Inc. As CCO, he develops creative strategies, research new interactive tools and determine best ways to visually represent projects to reach different targeted markets.

Shane Maxino

Operation Director

A Civil Engineering graduate and a Masters in Business Administration degree holder, Greg has collected over 25 years of experience in management, before joining Hubport Interactive last 2009. Prior to this, he worked as an IT Manager for Franklin Baker Company (1984 to 1994), a sub-corporation of Kraft Foods & General Foods Corporation USA based in Davao City. His 10 years of leadership in this organization had led him to implement means to increase the productivity of his subordinates, as well as apply new technology systems for various business and administrative processes. Following this, Greg worked for J. Ray McDermott in Dubai, first as a senior systems analyst and later, emerging as IT Project Manager, until 2008. Serving 15 years of foreign management exposure, he had not only honed his IT skills, but his managerial aptitude as well. With a multilayered understanding and practice of leadership, Greg now functions as Hubport’s capable Operations Director. Through this position, Greg has masterminded multiple business protocols that guarantee the accomplishment of the company’s mission, vision and goals. In addition, he has also taken charge of overseeing the proper execution of management procedures in all departments and continuously plays an active role in ensuring that quality service is rendered to all on going projects. Furthermore, Greg acts as the communication channel between personnel, clients and administrators and with his influence, balances the needs and requirements of all parties involved.

Paulo has been in the IT industry for 4 years, initially functioning in Hubport as a Senior developer for 2 years, elevates into the Team Lead for design, and becomes a project manager for BHI Pro for almost two years. Although graduating from Ateneo de Davao University with a degree on Finance, a relatively different field from IT, he has built his experience and now functions as the Operations Officer for the Hubport Group of Companies. Paulo also worked part-time back in 2004 until 2006, as the finance consultant for a private firm before finally deciding to build his career in the field of IT. Among his responsibilities are to monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. He also Liaise with other departmental managers to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements.

Essential for her position as Project Management Officer, Anthea Baltazar employed amassed experiences on supervision and management to concretely administer the operations and functions of the company and its handled projects. Anthea’s present position entails the administration of the professional and technical personnel involved in the development of new and/or maintenance and operation of existing information technology systems, as well as the overall and individual work performance to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within the time and cost constraints. Her technical insight from her acquired degree in Computer Science, as well as her impressive performance in her profession, allows and requires her to sustain the communication within and between teams and clients by consistently conveying standard methodologies, client standards, information, and updates through appointments, reports, and presentations.
